BIG IDEA:
"Today's Big Idea is: Our GOTR Toolbox. Each Practice we added to our GOTR toolbox. As we end our season, we challenge you to use the tools in your toolbox in your everyday life outside of GOTR. When you do this, you activate your I CAN! Power, giving you the confidence to do hard things!"
ACTIVITY: Put girls in groups to think of a way to help us remember each tool and how it works. Assign each group a different tool from the toolbox. Then have each group share.

Activity: Have each girl write a letter to their future self highlighting a tool they learned about... Self-Talk, I CAN! Power...
Once they have finished, they can run laps for the remainder of the practice.
