This project consisted of 11 online learning courses developed using Articulate Storyline 360 for the client to utilize in continuing education CBT learning of MWR Program managers. Each course is tailored to a specific program. This is one of the 11 courses.
Process
Process
This project was developed in conjunction with a need to introduce new MWR managers to their program and all of the facets involved with their role. This information needed to be consistent for the Navy worldwide mission and supplement on-the-job training. The courses were storyboarded, involved utilization and modification of .pdf scripting, designed using Storyline 360, Powerpoint elements, Photoshop, WellSaid AI voiceovers, and uploaded to the SAP SuccessFactors LMS once reviewed and approved.

This project demonstrated my ability to consistently deliver over a long period of time and ensure that each deliverable met delivery timetables. I was able to practice project management skills.

This project consists of an online learning course developed using Articulate Storyline 360 for the client to utilize in continuing education CBT learning.

This project was developed as an eLearning course for employees in Unaccompanied Housing. The objective was to provide an introduction to the eMH Inspection Checklist process for new employees.
Working with SMEs for content, I constructed this 1-hour module using Articulate Storyline 360 and PowerPoint. Graphics were sourced from the client. The course included an assessment learners were required to pass before completing the course.
Once the course passed review, I uploaded it to the host LMS and published it for use.

Takeaways
This was a challenging course design due to content from SMEs having been delivered in small chunks. After multiple rounds of Agile-style review, the course was approved and published. I learned how to adapt, and in some cases, construct change during live Teams meetings.

NAFI personnel do not utilize standard DoD travel procedures. This course walks through the steps for NAFI personnel from submitting paperwork prior to travel, what to do while traveling, and how to submit paperwork after returning.

This project consists of an online learning course developed using Articulate Storyline 360 for the client to utilize in delivering the Navy GRGB content to leadership. These courses were adapted from an ILT and had specific requirements for content, video, and testing. Each course highlighted a specific leadership topic, progressed through the material, included a video, and an assessment.

Working with SMEs for content, I constructed these 30-minute modules using Articulate Storyline 360 and PowerPoint. Graphics were sourced from the client. The Video was sourced from the client team as well but required editing and modification.

Takeaways
This course required multiple inputs from a variety of SME's. Negotiating the final product and end result took some time, requiring the application of communication skills with senior leaders in the organization.
