Facilitation

Over the past several years I have had the privilege to provide Live, in-person training sessions to managers, leaders, and frontline staff across the United States.  

These sessions range from small groups of 20 to more than 100.First steps include conducting an initial meeting to determine needs and expectations.  Then, if necessary, create a survey to narrow and focus the topics.  Next, building the outline, course materials and ensure the client is satisfied with the content.  Finally, ensuring the delivery and execution of the event along with follow-up and hot-wash post-training concludes the process.  

I am an experienced small and large group EmCee and meeting facilitator.  From introducing keynote speakers, transitioning, filling gaps, ensuring timing and overseeing the agenda, I can host any event.  

Additionally, I am capable of coordinating leadership meetings.  Keeping the group on topic, tracking highlights, brainstorming and post-meeting debrief are all part of the facilitation process.
