• Serves as administrator and Super User for LMS. Configures LMS, monitors health of the system, updates systems with current and relevant information including course loads and categorization of courses, monitoring dynamic data feeds, setting up registration and wait lists, and management of more than 15000 users.

• Instructional Designer and eLearning content developer. Utilizing Articulate and Rise, along with Adobe Creatives, produces relevant learning courses and content to the enterprise.

• Serves as producer/host and/or facilitator for all types of virtual events and classes. Participates in recruiting, training, coaching, providing guidance, and certifying virtual producers and facilitators throughout CNIC. Produces and delivers/facilitates virtual instructor led trainings (vILT), webinars, and other online and hybridized delivery events including certification and train-the-trainer courses.
