We Are: HERd

Throughout the year, these two committees (Self Defense Classes + Self Defense Keychains) have created and proceeded with different projects, all working towards the common goal of providing ways for women to defend themselves. The Self Defense Class committee has been working with the self-defense class instructors, Kevin Choi and Justin Park, to create an environment where the women in our community can learn ways to defend themselves. They have been holding monthly classes showcasing different types of self-defense moves & tactics. The Self-Defense Keychain committee had made 100 self-defense keychains distributed to 3 women shelters in the Los Angeles Koreatown area.
