What is the Terry Foundation?

The Terry Foundation is one of the largest providers of private scholarships awarded in the state of Texas. The goal of the Foundation is to assist Texas high school students and transfer students who have excelled in the areas of scholarship, leadership, service, and community, and provide these students with the means to attend college when other funding might not be attainable. For freshmen students, the Terry Foundation Traditional scholarship amount is based on the cost of attendance (tuition, fees, books, room and board, and miscellaneous expenses), is adjusted individually based on additional sources of financial support, and is renewable for four years of undergraduate study.
