Eligibility:

  1. Must be a U.S. citizen between the ages of 15-18 and enrolled in high school with a GPA of 2.5 or higher.

  2. Have not previously traveled outside the U.S. on a long-term (8+ weeks).

  3. Previous language study is not a requirement.

Prudential Spirit of Community Awards - National Association of Secondary School Principals

Award: State Winners win $1,000 (National winners receive an additional $5,000)

Jack Kent Cooke Scholarship

Award: up to $55,000 per year

Eligibility:

Plan to graduate from a US high school in spring 2023

Intend to enroll in an accredited four-year college beginning in fall 2023

Earn a cumulative unweighted GPA of 3.5 or above

No SAT/ACT test requirement this year

Demonstrate significant unmet financial need. We will consider applicants with family income up to $95,000. However, we anticipate that a majority of scholarship recipients will be eligible to receive a Pell grant

Education Matters $5K Scholarship

Eligibility:

  1. Be fourteen (14) years of age or older at the time of application

  2. Be legal residents of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia

  3. Be currently enrolled (or enroll no later than the fall of 2022) in an accredited post-secondary institution of higher education

  4. Requires short answer essay of 250 words or less, answering the prompt "what would you say to someone who says education doesn't matter, or that college is a waste of money?"

National Dairy Herd Information Association

Award: $1000

Eligibility:

  1. For full-time incoming and continuing students at technical, two-year and four-year colleges/universities.

  2. The applicant must be a family member or employee of a herd on DHI test, a family member of a DHI employee, or an employee of a DHI affiliate.
