Charnwood Borough Council are the Local Planning Authority (LPA). They have authority over the composition of the Community Liaison Group (CLG)which is our only formal link with developers.
Under the agreement, the LPA is also bound to maintain information to the public via their website. Neither this, nor the CLG, are functioning correctly. You have to draw your own conclusions.

Further Statements and Strategies
A Delivery Statement was submitted by Persimmon Homes and Wm Davis in January 2019.
There is also a Statement of Common Ground between all from partners from November 2014. Please note paras 23 and 24. This is not 'material' to the Local Plan, though some parts were added to it. We are told it adds colour to interpreting planning consents
Children and Young People Strategy (see Ch6 re: public access)
