New residents

Welcome to Garendon Park.

The Stonebow Village Parish Council has been recently constituted and will eventually be able to represent your interests.  However, you are welcome to join the Friends of Garendon Park which has primarily interested in the heritage and asset to the Registered Grade II Park and Gardens on the south of the site.

We will add information of specific interest to new residents on this page as we receive it.  For instance, the Garendon Park Estate Management Plan explains the way the Management Company will be constituted.  We are told this will be updated in consultation with the Planning Authority, and hopefully with the Parish Council.

We do not expect flooding to affect housing here, even in these changing times, but the Black Brook is a main river and you may be comforted by Flood Risk Assessment Sept 2014.
