Welcome to Garendon Park.

A Stonebow Village Parish Council has been constituted and will be elected in May 2027 to represent your interests.  Officers and a Clerk have been elected meantime.  

You are welcome to join the Friends of Garendon Park which has primarily interested in the heritage and asset to the Registered Grade II Park and Gardens to the south of the site.

The Garendon Park Estate Management Plan explains the way the Management Company will be constituted.  We are told this will be updated in consultation with the Local Planning Authority and the Parish Council.

Green Infrastructure plans may be of interest to new residents eg phases Phase 1-2  and Parks and Recreation Plans .

We do not expect flooding to affect housing here, even in these changing times, but the Black Brook is a main river and you may be comforted by Flood Risk Assessment Sept 2014.
