The Outline Planning Permission (P/14/1833/2) with the Planning Conditions were incorporated in the Section 106 Agreement on 20 July 2018.
A Delivery Statement was submitted by Persimmon Homes and Wm Davis in January 2019.
There is also a Statement of Common Ground between all from partners from November 2014. Please note paras 23 and 24. This is not 'material' to the Local Plan, though some parts were added to it. We are told it adds colour to interpreting planning consents.
The various sections of the 106 Agreement are linked below but you also can find other information on Charnwood Borough Council's website.
Schedule 2: Schools
Schedule 3: Community Facilities, Travellers, Police, Health
Schedule 8: Affordable Housing
Schedule 9: Site Plan, Land Use Plan and Green Infrastructure Plan.
