Mission
Plants and people, sustainability through understanding
Gardening Naturally CQ is about gardening without chemical inputs. And the focus will be on doing this sustainably in CQ!
We're doing this from Darumbal country!
Gardening Naturally is here to advocate for:
-liveability and sustainability across the Shire through tree planting
-verge planting - act locally, think globally to transform our streets
-people sharing their knowledge, inspiring others to get growing at their place
-sustainable garden practices
We’ll explore ways to make your gardening more successful and productive. We’ll focus on sustainability and growing your own food at home, irrespective of where you live!

Sick of paying fees to dump green waste? Tired of paying for bags of compost?
This hands-on workshop aims to improve awareness of the importance of compost, a valuable organic resource and to promote compost use, knowledge and products. We can compost to help scrap carbon pollution by avoiding landfilling organic materials and helping to build healthier. soils.
Bring a folding chair, hat, sunscreen and any questions about making compost in your home garden.
