Many of your colleagues at school and around London are unable to believe the feat you and your team is about to attempt. There are areas of the world that are not developed as well as areas of the curriculum that are not developed for blended learning. None the less, you meet Dr. Floyd at London’s Charing Cross station precisely in time to catch the train to Paris. He greets you and introduces you to Mademoiselle Jeanne Passepartout, his valet. He hands Mlle Passepartout a carpet bag full of money but very little else for the trip. Floyd states that everything else will be acquired on the trip.
From Paris, your team continues south to Brindisi and boards the steamer Mongolia bound for Bombay.
The ship is lively with sumptuous meals, card games and entertainment. There are many people aboard from all parts of the middle east. Mlle Passepartout meets an English gentleman who calls himself Mr. Fix and says he works for the shipping company. Mr. Fix is very inquisitive, asking about Dr. Floyd, the traveling party and their plans. Mlle Passepartout engages in the conversation and explains about the wager and their swift departure. Mr. Fix listens intently.
Just as the mysterious Mr. Fix was able to ask Passepartout all about her travels, so can you during the course of this adventure. She is just a quick message away. Look for the “Ask Passepartout” button throughout the site. If you do not understand the rules, a challenge or any aspect of the game, help is available.
Landing in Suez on day 6, Dr. Floyd insists he must see the British Consul to get his passport stamped so there is proof of the date and location. He asks everyone to get their paperwork in order to visit the consul office.

Challenge: As a team, decide how you will share bookmarks, lessons and resources. Every teacher collects great websites, videos, and lesson plans for their own reference. Your team will create a system for sharing. (email is not the best option) Investigate methods for collecting and sharing links and files. Design your system. Reflect in your CLT Notes about the discussion and the decision how best to share amongst the team.
