FROGGY'S DEW RESUME

My Hard Mountain Dew adventure continues! Last night, I tried yet another flavor, so now you’re getting another review. This time, our subject is the Hard version of classic, OG Mountain Dew.

I really enjoyed this one a lot. It’s zero sugar like all the other Hard Dews, but this feller only gives you the fake sweetener flavor on the aftertaste. Going down, it pretty much tastes like regular Mountain Dew, just with an extra kick. I still don’t love the fake sweetener flavor, but it was pretty subtle with this one, so it didn’t bother me much. (Or maybe I’ve simply gotten used to it?)

As you can see in the photo, the color is also quite close. The Hard version looks slightly less radioactive, but I still think it remains pretty true to its non-alcoholic inspiration.

In terms of ranking, I’m having a difficult time choosing between this one and Hard Livewire, but I definitely prefer it to Hard Baja Blast. In my opinion, this is the true essence of what Hard Mountain Dew should be like.
