Start Healing TogetherWho We Are Start Healing Together is an 501(c)(3) nonprofit that supports educators experiencing pregnancy loss and infertility. Our success with educators has allowed us to actualize relationships with HR departments and employees worldwide.

Start Healing Together is an organization that supports educators experiencing pregnancy loss and infertility. The group is led by two NJEA members, and they are working to make the workplace more accommodating to family-building. Under our current contract, members experiencing a loss may be eligible for five Bereavement days and the use of up to seven sick days.
