I was able to take a look back at my own experiences and what I want my future classroom to be like. I was able to self-identify as an educator by creating a career choice presentation. Through my self-reflections, each week, as well as through my 360 performance review (others reviewing me) I was able to apply my perspectives to future assignments on my educational environment, as well as showcase my identity as an educator. The feedback helped me understand more about educational settings and the bigger picture. My final presentation is called, “Career Choice Presentation” which explains my beliefs, traits, skills, drawbacks, future career, and why. This embodied what I had learned in TEL 200, as well as what I had learned from previous experience, both in an educational and life setting.
