Tecnun University of Navarra’s Formula Student choice
FHLR2GCB2G from Coroplast witch is a copper 35mm shielded cable The maximum voltage this wire can withstand is 1000V, and the operating temperature goes up to 180°C.
General Requirements
All wires must be protected from being touched
insulation material must be appropriate for surrounding temp and max TS voltage
Wires, connection for TS must be rated for at least 85C
We should be able to clearly know wire gauge, temp rating, and isolation voltage for each wire
All TS wires outside of the TS enclosures must be enclosed with a orange conduit or using a orange shielded cable , and must be securely anchored to the vehicle
Any shielded cable must have the shield grounded.
HV and LV wires must not run through the same conduit or connector, except for interlock circuit connections.
Components and cables capable of movement must be positively restrained to maintain spacing.
The maximum power allowed by the FSG rules is 80 kW and the wire section selected should be able to withstand the maximum discharge current of the battery In addition

Another option is Coroflex - FHLR2GCB2G used by other teams
Which has almost the same properties as the Coroplast 9-2611
Voltage Rating 0.6/1kV
Operating temperature: -40oC to +180oC
Foiled Armor ALU-PET foil (20% minimum overlap)
