Last year 22- BMS wiring:
BMS (Battery Management System) which was used last year 22 is Orion BMS 2.
A chart showing the mating connectors, crimps, and official assembly tooling for the connect ors used on the Orion BMS 2. Most connectors are TE Connectivity (formerly Tyco) parts (Figure 1)
Last year 22- voltage and temperature sensors wiring and connectors:
voltage sensor Cell Temperature Monitoring- coneecting both through the BMS. (see the last image in fig1)
You can see in the image above the location in which we connect the connectors for both of them. Acording to Orion BMS 2 manual we need to use JAE # MX34028SF1 for the connector (the housing) for the temperature sensor and we need to use TE # 1318389-1 (the housing) for the voltage sensor. And for the crimps we need to use are JAE # M34S75C4F1 for temperature sensor and TE # 1123343-2 for the voltage sensor. (you can also see in fig1 the tools we need to use for the crimps)
