100g pasta shapes
1 carrot grated
100g cooked sliced chicken
1 baby gem lettuce (diced)

2 x15ml spoons low fat dressing (any type)

75g of margarine
50g of sugar
500g of frozen fruit or one tin of fruit pie filling
Optional ingredients for the topping
25g of dried fruit
25g of oats
An oven proof dish to take the crumble home in with lid or tin foil
2 eggs
15g Butter/Block Margarine
Choice of up to 2 fillings from:
30g cheese grated
30g onion
30g ham
30g mushrooms
30g bacon (must be pre-cooked)
30g peppers
30g courgettes
FOIL TO WRAP THE OMELETTE UP IN.
A PLASTIC PLATE
½ yellow pepper OR
1 spring onion OR
1 mushroom OR
30g hard cheese e.g. Mozzarella, Cheddar, Edam, Gruyere
2 slices bread (or a bagel or a piece of French stick sliced in half)
2 x 15ml spoons tomato puree
½ x 5ml spoon mixed herbs
Foil enough to cover the pizza toast
Toast the bread: Pop sliced bread into a toaster or alternative toast under the grill of your oven on both sides.
Add toppings: Place slices of toasted bread onto a rimmed baking sheet. Mix 2 spoons of water into the tomato puree in a jug to create a pizza sauce. Top the toast with pizza sauce. Scatter over grated or shredded mozzarella cheese and top with your choice of toppings. Sprinkle over dried herbs and place under a hot grill for 2-3 minutes.
Grill: Allow to cook until the cheese has melted then remove from the grill and serve.
