Regeneration: Food | Potatoes4.4 million potatoes go to waste in the UK every single day. Creamy Potato, Chickpea Curry & Crispy Potato Skins. This is one of my favourite recipes and a great way to utilise potatoes that you may be going a little soft.

Regeneration Food: BreadUK households waste 1100 tonnes of bread every single day. To save your loaf of bread from ending up in a bin you could save half of the loaf by placing it in the freezer. Wrap it tightly and place it in your freezer for up to 1 month.
