David is a Professional Landscape Architect and Project Manager. He uses multiple resources to develop long-range social, environmental, and cultural plans to guide the implementation of complex multifaceted projects while also utilizing his project visualization skills (Adobe, SketchUp, AutoCAD) to help articulate design alternatives and guide client decision-making. He has experience engaging the community through several public input processes (surveys, focus groups) and incorporates the information effectively into the design by balancing/supplementing community knowledge with FlatLand Resources' professional expertise.
In addition to managing multiphase projects, David is active in all portions of the life cycle of a project; from data collection, conceptual design and engineering, to construction document creation and construction oversight.
