Allen Byler

Allen has over 18 years of construction experience and a 5-year professional degree in Landscape Architecture from Ball State University.  Among other general construction knowledge and skills, Allen is experienced in bank stabilization construction, environmental restoration, and native plant installation and maintenance.  A detail-oriented approach to both the design and construction aspects of a project allows Allen to consistently produce quality work.

Allen is a motivated crew leader with excellent people skills and a strong work ethic. He utilizes these skills as FlatLandResources' lead foreman to coordinate work efforts with other contractors to ensure the project comes in under time and under budget.  His vast in-field knowledge and experience results in efficient decision-making and workflow, an asset to clients, co-workers, and future site users.
