Barb Frost

Barb grew up in Wisconsin and moved to Muncie in 1988 to work for Ball Corporation as Plant Manager at Ball Plastics.   She and her husband, Ken, have 5 children and 9 grandchildren.  Barb earned her Master's Degree in Executive Leadership from Ball State in 1996.   Barb is semi-retired now, and works part time for Flatland Resources as their Office Manager.  In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her grandkids, providing singing programs, gardening, and serving where needed.
