FlatLand Resources is led by Philip Tevis, a trained Landscape Architect and Environmental Designer whose experience in project management, design, and construction translates into consistent, pragmatic project delivery.
Phil has guided many Muncie projects by successfully leveraging uncommon community-based resources through the coordination of volunteers, collaborative partnering, and fund procurement.
Phil’s strengths lie in community relationship building in the implementation of many long-term, multi-phased projects that require the coordination of multi-disciplinary experts and community leaders. Phil has often been called upon to bring conceptual Ball State immersive learning projects into real-world builds.
Phil has been working in and on rivers for the past twenty years. He is a certified Level 4 graduate of Rosgen's Wildland Hydrology -- a professional certification that focuses on natural river channel design.
