Interested in joining Finding Sanctuary, are you? Willing to toss your character into a world of fun and joy? Brilliant, let’s get started with the very basics. First, you’ll want to make a reservation for your character to get your power in mind (if applicable) and character’s spot put aside for you! This is so we have accurate numbers and an idea on how many people are prospective for the group! You can find the Reservations here.

Once you have had your reservation accepted -- please read through all of our information! The entire website has exceptionally important information for your character creation, and is essential to understanding the group and how it works!

For the visual application we require two fullbodies, one with the character in casual clothing, and one with the character in uniform. Revivals have no set uniform, but typically wear dark colors. Whereas Peacekeepers have set uniforms depending on rank, which can be found here. Art can be commissioned or requested, but the artist must be credited. Art theft will NOT be tolerated, and bases are not allowed.

The appearance of your character will be influenced by their mutant status as well, so please keep this in mind while designing your character. More information about appearance and status can be found in Character Creation and in Magic.

Please note: There's one (1) very important requirement for the drawn application; your character’s number location needs to be shown on their arm, if it’s not covered! You won’t know what the number is until you reserve, but depending on the faction you are you have two choices: As the number assigned to you is on the same right underside of the arm where the chip that tracks you is installed, Revivals can have a scar there from the chip’s removal and will likely cover it while in the city. Peacekeepers have no scar, so they can freely show their number. 

The visual application must be accessible on some sort of image hosting website (Google Drive, DeviantArt, etc). It can also be placed at the very end of the application, but there still should be a link somewhere where it is accessible.

Once your character is accepted, we will also ask for a transparent headshot of the character in UNIFORM for the allegiances. This can be the same art that was used for the application, or a completely new headshot, as long as it is big enough for the website to display at high quality.

After the visual application, comes the fun part. This is where you fill in the blanks that the drawn application doesn’t cover. As this group is really development heavy, make sure you put time and thought into the character you want to play! Your first character will hold a special place in your heart, I’m sure!

Located in the description of your application, fill out the fields below. This information MUST go on a Google Doc. You are free to customize the doc to your heart's content! Just be sure to include all the fields shown below in a similar order and that it is legible.

This is so we can get a glimpse into your character; it’s where you tell us what they’re like, as a person! Here’s a template just to get you started. [Here’s the super duper fun part. What made your character the way they are today? What do they think of the dystopian society they live in? What did they do to get to where they are right now? How did they join the Revivals? If not the Revivals, then the Peacekeepers? Put a minimum of at least 500 words! The older the character, the more likely however they’ll be involved in group historic events, so make sure to refer to the timeline and setting to look for things that your character could of been involved in! Also note, that doing connected histories and characters is totally encouraged and we’d love to see them -- just cross reference and make sure everything is consistent between characters!

[A relationship tracker of any sort can go here! Just make sure there is one, please!!! Relationships are important in F-S, as everyone will interact with one another at one point in time! It’s good to keep track of who your character likes (or dislikes) for events and role plays down the road!]
