Creativity within the classroom allows students to learn how to create things in different ways. They are able to explore what resources they enjoy being a part of during the classroom. Creating and giving students different ways to create a project within a lesson plan allows students to express their creativity.

In my EDU 1000 course, I had the chance to create a character study poster on an individual of my choice. I decided to choose Miss Honey from the movie Matilda. This mini-project represented my creativity in the classroom because I was able to create my poster in my own way.
This is an image I took of a Kindergarten class at Coleman Elementary School. The students were able to express their creativity at the beginning of the school year by developing their own pieces of art.

Auto-ethnography of Art & Music
This project was developed in my EDU 3000 course. Every student was required to uniquely construct a presentation on how art and music influence our education at an early age. The presentation includes examples of my experiences within and outside of school.
