The Likert scale questions, if presented as a set of multiple choice questions, make the survey very long and may impact the subjects willingness to answer all of your questions (see Question 1 in the figure below). Fortunately, there are ways to make the set of Likert scale questions more "user-friendly", such as the solution presented in Question 2 below.
The free version of SoGo does not have perfect solutions. However, there is an option of a horizontal visualization of the Likert scale. The problem is that it must have 10 options, with no median included (the neutral must be placed either 5th or 6th box, not in the center). Unless you use 9 boxes (the the 5th one will be the central one), and the 10th box will indicate N/A (not applicable).
You can also choose to name just the extreme boxes and leave the others empty; the participants will figure it tout (see below). The N/A option can be added in the question settings. When analyzing the responses, you can group the answers in a way that make sense, following the emerging data patterns.
If you want to invest in your project buying one month license, the rating radio grid would be a better solution (see below). But, the option above is not bad.
The longer I work with Microsoft Forms, the more I appreciate all the possibilities offered by that platform. It has the Likert scale option equipped with an easy "+" button to add more scale options and "+ Add statement" to add more questions in one set (see below).
