This website is created for students who begin their senior research in Criminal Justice Department and plan on conducting a survey.

Since the survey involves human subjects (your volunteers), you need an IRB review. Here is how to apply for it:

Go to the IRB website under the Felician University website. You should see a link to the IRB application. Click on it.

The form contains basic questions about your research. If you have any difficulties navigating through, here is a video tutorial that may help.

You can also use the sample IRB Application posted below. Do not copy the exact answers. Rather, use this document as a guide on how to fill out the form.
