The following is the sets of rules we use on the server, discord and anywhere else affiliated with the server.

| OOC Rules |

1) Our server is 18+ 

1a. This is due to mature themes, this may include…

-Violence

-Some Gore

-Innuendo (Though refer to rule #2)

-Horror (Post-Apocalyptic themes)

1b. Content will stay as such so long as it does not cause great discomfort to the player(s) involved.

1c. No staff may be under the age of 18

(We know that this will not stop under 18 players from joining if they truly want but put it forth as a rating like M for mature)

2) No ERP on server

Keep fade to black if done on the server.

3) No Meta-Gaming

Don’t use information found out OOC as if you know it IC. 

4) No Powergaming/Godmodding

The results of your emotes and actions are limited to you and will not dictate the actions of others directly, only by cause and effect. Likewise actions should be reasonable and within our mechanics.

5) Common Sense Rules

5a. No spamming

5b. No disruptive or illegal behaviors

5c. Etc.

6. No OOC Cliques

While Cliques are going to happen, they will NOT influence ic content. Alienating players because they’re not part of your group will not be tolerated.

7) Appropriate Conduct with minors

7a. No explicit content is to be shared with anyone under the age of 18 IC or OOC…

7b. No ERP with minor players or characters (on or off server)

7c. Talk about sex lives with minor players or characters.

7d. Innuendo directed towards a minor or their ooc lives.

7e. Grooming behavior

(Any of such will result in a perma-ban if found out)

8) Behave like adults

8a. This server is mostly adults and we should behave as such.

8b. No irl racism, sexism, homophobia, transphobia or bigotry of any kind.

8c. No harmful content of any kind without consent of all involved parties.

8d. Any disputes should be handled like adults and if you cannot, please inform appropriate staff.

(Any of such will result in a possible perma-ban if found out)

9) If you have issues…

| IC Rules |

1) All roleplay needs to be understandable.

1a. You don’t need perfect grammar, but try to have legible and comprehensible writing at the basic level at least.

1b. Try to make Roleplay engaging, complex and fun for everyone.

1c. Robbery must be done under GM watch and while the player being robbed is either online or has not been online for more than 1 week.

2) Character Guidelines...

2a. All characters must fit within the lore of fallout and our server.

2b. All characters must be OCs & cannot be from other franchises. (cannot play the daughter of Luke Skywalker)

2c. Your character cannot be perfect, no Mary Sues or Marty Stus.

3) Combat Guidelines...

3a. There are two forms of combat on this server.

-MCRP (The default, this is TTRPG style combat)

-PVE (Real time combat against NPCs)

3b. Any alteration to such must be approved by all parties involved and if necessary require letting a GM know beforehand.

3c. If ANY disagreement beyond this is had, contact an appropriate staff member for aid, if not available pause the RP until one is.

4) PTK Rules...

4a. There is no ‘consent to death’ rules on this server, if you are killed you are killed. 

4b. There must be just reasoning for killing however, you are free to die but no always free to kill.

Allowed reasons to kill:

-They attacked you first and you think they’re going to kill you.

-They have committed countless great crimes against you (Staff approval req.)

4c. Death by PVE scenarios does not count as IC death, though you should act injured in roleplay if it does happen. (It is treated like being beaten up/knocked out/etc.)

4d. The one exception to no consent to death is if the means of death is deeply tied to your personal life to the point of distress, in which case the cause can be changed for the sake of comfort of mind.

4e. Everybody Gets One, this means each player gets one "Miraculous Survival" where they can choose to have their character live through a death situation where they should have died at the trade off of injury consequences. (Note: Once used it is used forever)
4f. Compensation Character, If your highest level character dies you can choose (With Staff Approval) to create a Compensation Character that starts with half the XP value of the dead character as the next character after them (You cannot just stow it for later). Only one Compensation Character can be had at a time.
4g. Non-Kill Scenarios, Some events may be for low level characters, or for PvP where there is little to no risk of death. In scenarios like these which will be announced beforehand, reaching low HP that would normally trigger the dying state does not apply, and characters will not die during these events or encounters.
4h. Post-Combat Haze, In the event you attend a non-kill scenario, or a player chooses to take you out in a non-lethal manner, your character has no memory of the events that directly lead to being knocked out. You may remember choosing to attend the encounter, and that something happened to lead to you being knocked out. Anyone involved can not be remembered. This is only if your character is left for a prolonged period. Going down in combat and being picked up in a handful of turns does not require memory loss.

5) Have Fun!

5a. Like actually, this is a hobby and is meant to be fun for all involved. Try not to make the experience unfun for yourself or for others who are just trying to have a good time.

5b. Reasons to pause RP to pickup at another time/remove yourself from it.

-OOC life is suddenly in the way

-IC content is getting too close to OOC traumatic experiences.

-RP is more stressful than fun.

-If it causes any form of harm to you as a person.
