Color Guard 

Color Guard is the visual unit of the Fairview Marching Band. They perform using their equipment (flag, rifle, saber, prop), and emotional connections (facial expressions and dance) to the audience to enhance the meaning and feeling of their show.

Winter Guard competes indoors incorporating recorded music and traditional color guard elements as used in marching season, with a more intimate performance experience.  

The season runs November through April,  typically practicing two evenings a week and on Saturdays.

 In 2019, Fairview placed 4th in the Scholastic Regional A Division.
