Corporate Sponsorship Program 2025-26

The Fairview Band has a long tradition of excellence. Over the years, the Marching Knights have consistently placed in the top 5 bands in the Colorado State Marching Band Championships. In addition to the Marching Knights, the Fairview Jazz and Concert bands routinely receive the highest marks in competition.

There are currently over 100 students involved in the Fairview marching band. The hard work and dedication of these students is what makes this band so successful. Even with recent decreases in state funding for K-12 education, the Fairview band program, (through the Fairview Band Boosters Organization, or FBBO), has grown in size and achievements. This growth has been made possible through generous contributions from parents and corporate sponsorships.

The band is a source of great pride for students, parents and staff at Fairview High School. The band program instills discipline, work ethic, music appreciation, fitness, camaraderie, and respect to all students that are involved. The Fairview Band is highly respected and is building tomorrow’s leaders.

Every year the band attends approximately 12 events around the state and sometimes out of the state. Each of these events attracts thousands of spectators, who see our band perform. At the Annual Colorado Bandmasters Association’s 5A State Championships, the band is exposed to crowds in excess of 30,000.

Our Corporate Sponsorship program has five levels of participation: Court, Royal, Castle, Round Table and Knight. All levels are based on contribution amounts and on a Fairview High School band season (runs from August thru May each school year). Some of the exposure a corporate sponsor could expect is as follows:

• Newsletters—Fairview Bands produce a weekly newsletter (High Notes) that is widely distributed to parents, and students and alumni. It keeps them up-to-date on upcoming band events, rehearsals and performance schedules. (Approx. 40 per school year)

• Performance Program—Fairview Bands produce a program for each school performance event that is considered a keepsake. These programs can identify corporate sponsors and thus provide excellent visibility to our greater community.

• Band Website—The Fairview Band Website is a vital source for anyone who wishes to know more about the program.

• Other--The Fairview High band sponsors and/or participates in many different types of venues throughout the year including school activities, daily practices, various fund raising events and much more. These events draw large crowds, thus providing significant additional exposure for our corporate sponsors.

Sponsorship Levels

Sponsors can reach our band community of 100+ families through the Long Red Line, the band's annual directory publication and High Notes, the band’s weekly email newsletter (~40 per school year) to 100+ band families.

Advertising Opportunities: 

• $100: Business card size ad in the Long Red Line + inclusion in 2 High Notes issues

• $150: Quarter page ad in the Long Red Line + inclusion in 3 High Notes issues

• $250:  Half page ad in the Long Red Line + inclusion in 5 High Notes issues + half page ad in the Winter Concert program

• $400:  Full page ad in the Long Red Line + inclusion in 8 High Notes issues + full page ad in the Winter Concert program

Court Level at $500+

• Business card size ad in the Long Red Line, the band's annual directory publication + inclusion in 2 High Notes issues  to 100+ band families ($100 value)

• Regular placement Company Name and Logo included in one band concert program 

• 8 x 10 Certificate of sponsorship suitable for display

Royal Level at $750+

• Quarter page ad in the Long Red Line, the band's annual directory publication to 100+ band families + inclusion in 3 High Notes issues ($150 value)

• Large placement Company Name and Logo included in one band concert program 

• 8 x 10 Certificate of sponsorship suitable for display

• 1 Sponsor Email Blast to 125+ Band Families 

Castle Level at $1,000+

• Half page ad in the Long Red Line, the band's annual directory publication + inclusion in 5 High Notes issues to 100+ band families  ($250 value)

• Sponsor Name, Logo, and Link on the band website for one full year

• Sponsor Name, Logo on vinyl banner featured prominently at Fairview High school band events

• Company Name and Logo included in one band concert program 

• 2 Sponsor Email Blast to 125+ Band Families and the community newsletter (1300+ subscribers)

• 8 x 10 Certificate of sponsorship suitable for display

• 1 case of freshly picked Palisade peaches (deliver end of August)

Round Table Level $2,500+Full page ad in the Long Red Line, the band's annual directory publication + inclusion in 8 High Notes issues to 100+ band families ($400 value)

• Premium placement of Sponsor Name, Logo, and Link on the band website for one full year

• Sponsor Name, Logo on vinyl banner featured prominently at Fairview High school band events

• Premium placement of Sponsor Name and Logo included in two band concert programs 

• 2 Sponsor Email Blast to 125+ Band Families and the community newsletter (1300+ subscribers).

Knight Level $5,000+ 

• Choice placement of full page ad in the Long Red Line, the band's annual directory publication to 100+ band families 

• Premium placement of Sponsor Name, Logo, and Link on the band website for one full year

• Premium placement of Sponsor Name and Logo included in two band concert programs 

• Sponsor Name, Logo on vinyl banner featured prominently at Fairview High school band events

• 3 Sponsor Email Blast to 125+ Band Families and the community newsletter (1300+ subscribers). Can include coupon code to drive business.

• 4 admission tickets to band event of your choice 

• 8 x 10 Wall plaque with photo of the Fairview Band
