Upon giving birth or getting married, Employees can only update or enroll their new dependents in HIP within 30 days from getting married or giving birth.
For newly married employees - Please notify Employee Services team ASAP so we can give you access to HIP Enrollment form in IRIS.
Once given access, you may now enroll your dependent in IRIS. Please read through the rates carefully before proceeding with enrollment.
Please submit a copy of your marriage certificate via email (247phes.optus@247.ai). Please indicate on your email that the attachment submitted is for your HIP enrollment.
Note: Both requirements stated above must be done to enroll your additional dependent.
For adding new borns:
Since employee is still on Maternity Leave, please email ES (247phes.optus@247.ai) your intent to enroll your new born and attach a copy of your child's birth certificate.
