Yes, but only so they can receive/ stamp the document. Employer shall still care for processing your SSS Sickness benefit. This is also not recommended as our TR team can already log your benefit online as long as you have submitted the soft copies via email.
What if I submitted my SSS Sickness Notification late (for home confinement)? Can I still have it processed?
Yes, you may still forward your documents for processing, but there is a chance that your application may be declined OR benefit amount might be decreased.
What if I have an infectious disease and can't complete the form and submit it to on site?
You may ask a representative to process your pending requirement/s or drop it by on your behalf.
What if I don't have the complete documents yet, can I already forward the soft copy via email?
Yes, so the TR team can log your notification online to avoid declined applications due to late submission. Please forward the hard copies only once ES Team have verified that the attachments are complete.
