How will I get the loan proceeds?
You will be asked to provide a bank account details when applying for loan. Your loan proceeds will be credited to the bank account that you have provided
How long will it take for the employer to approve my loan application online?
Our Point of Contact (POC) approves online application Mondays to Fridays. With this no need to notify ES.

How long will it take for my loan to be credited?
Once approved and bank disbursement process has been finished, it usually takes 5 business days.
I am not being deducted of my Loan payments from Payroll, what should I do?
Please email 247phes.optus@247ai so we can check. Make sure that you attach the loan details so we properly validate.
My Loan payments are not reflecting online, what should I do?
Please note that loan payments deducted from the previous month will be remitted the following month. You may expect it to be reflected end of the following month.
Example:
November loan payments - will be reflected starting end of December until early January
Note: there's sometimes delay in posting, but rest assured that it has been paid out already, any penalties that will reflect from late posting will be removed once payments has been posted.
