On the opening screen we will first start by gathering the callers first and last name, and gather the call type reason.
Placing Order / Product Questions will direct us to launch the client's website.
Returns/Warranty, Bulk Orders, Office/All Other calls will direct us gather the callers telephone number, email address, and a brief reason for their call so that the client can reach back out!
As stated above some options will prompt us to take a message in the scripting. We will gather the customers telephone number, and email address first.
Once we have gathered all of the information needed we will fill in a brief message for the caller and close out the call.
To place an order or answer questions about the product we will gather the customers first and last name and select the call reason as "Place Order/ Product Questions."
Then we will launch the client's website to place the order or answer basic questions about the product.
This website uses a process very similar to our Standard Orders Procedure!
Once we have placed the order successfully we will select the correct resolution and close out the call.
When launching the website this will be the home page!
There is only one product available to purchase and that is the Locker Hanger!
If the caller states they are a first responder we can use the first responder discount code!
Click the red "Buy Now" button to add the hanger to the cart.
On the next page there are details and photos of the product. We will scroll down to the bottom and click the blue "Add to Cart" button.
Next we will click the cart either below the blue button or you can access the cart by clicking this button at the top of the screen.
Once we are in the view cart mode we can see the price, quantity, and add in the coupon code only if the caller states they are a first responder! Then we will click the purple "Proceed to Checkout" option.
Next we will gather the callers billing information such as their name, full shipping address, telephone number and email address. If they need to ship the item to a different address we will click the check box to open the additional boxes to add the shipping address.
We can include any additional notes in the "Order Notes" box.
Lastly, we will gather the caller's payment information and click the purple "Place Order" button to successful purchase their item.
