We are the order line.
We will use the client's website to place orders for customers. For all other call reasons, we will be taking a message for the client to follow up with them.
We'll be going over how to place an order on the client's website. Below is the opening screen of the script.
We will be gathering the caller's first and last name as well as their phone number, as per usual.
We will also be selecting "Wants to Order" in order to proceed with the script.
After we select "Wants to Order" and press "Next," we will be taken to this screen.
We will have some blue notes to remind you of the Standard Order Procedure, as well as a button for launching the client's website.
Click the button in order to proceed.
Once we click the button, it will launch the client's website, seen below.
We'll be using the search bar highlighted at the top left in order to find the product that the caller wants to order.
After we enter in the first few words of the item that the caller is looking for, we will see a search window pop up like on the left. If we see the product that the caller is looking for, we can click its picture or its name to pull up the item details page.
Once we have located the item that the caller would like to order, we can select "Add to Cart." Once we do, we will get a pop up that looks like this below.
Once we have confirmed that the item is in the cart, we can either "Continue Shopping" if the caller needs more items, or we can "Proceed to checkout" once we have everything they need. Once we have clicked "Proceed to checkout," we will follow our Standard Order Procedure!
We will place any calls about checking stock under 'Wants to Order,' per the blue agent note.
For callers looking to check the status of an existing order, we will be gathering their order number and taking a message for the office.
For callers looking to return their order, we will be gathering their order number and taking a message for the office, as well.
We will gather the caller's information and take a message.
