Welcome to the Orders Skill Group! This distribution will consist of accounts in which we need to work closely with client websites and knowledge bases to assist our callers. These accounts will require a high level of attention to detail and care! Make sure to utilize your instructions and scribes to successfully handle the calls that come through on these accounts.
What is the Call Experts Orders Skill? We will be processing credit cards, and processing orders through the client's website. We will ensure that the orders are placed successfully, and it is important to understand we will be assisting callers who would not be able to place the order themselves.
What they all have in common is that we will be utilizing the client's website in some capacity on each account. You will be fully prepared by the end of this course to start getting your hands on experience on live calls using the client's website!
Our Main Objective is placing an order, rather than taking a message. While you review the agenda keep in mind that we will not be learning just one account. We will be thoroughly learning each company, script, and absorbing different examples of call handling. There will be an individual page for each account, to ensure that we provide all of you the appropriate information, as well as support.
Feel free to pull up all accounts as you move through if you would like hands on experience with how the scripts work. Make sure to change to account 677 before you drop the account.
