Our Role
We are the order line.
We will use the client's website to place orders and answer questions. We also have access to an FAQ for further information. For all other inquiries, we will be taking a message to have the office follow up.
Caller Wants to Place an Order:

PlacinganOrde_jaylabpro.wmv1. Once we have gathered the caller's name, number, and email address, we will select 'Launch Website' to begin the order.
2. We will need to locate the product the caller is contacting us about, within the product section / product list.
On the Launch page, we will look under the Products section/ Product list, on the upper left-hand side of the webpage.
3. Three price options will populate. We will need to offer the three options to the caller, as well as the 'VIP Membership Savings Club.'
If the caller does not want to join the club, we will move to the next step, adding the item to the cart.
'VIP Membership Savings Club' will subscribe the caller to the order. (This is similar to subscribe and save through Amazon.)
If the caller would like to join the club, we will select the 'VIP Membership Savings Club' button, on the correlating order of their choice. This will check off the 'Subscribe and Save' box, and populate the new cost.
4. Then, we must select the 'add to cart' button.
5. A pop-up will appear, showing the item was added to the cart. We should confirm the item and cost so far.
If the caller is ready to check out, we can select the 'Proceed to secure CHECKOUT' button
If the caller would like to add an additional item, we should select the 'Continue Shopping' link below. We will then, repeat steps 2-5.

6. We will follow our Standard Order Procedure from here until step 7!
Here is what the order form looks like on this website.
Below is where you will find the check box for the billing address being the same as the shipping address. We will check this box if the billing address and the shipping address are the same. We will leave it unchecked if they are different.
7. 'Smart Ship' must be read to those who decided to join the 'VIP Membership Savings Club.' Select 'Read Here' and read the terms to the caller.
It is very important the terms are read to the caller, and agreed to, prior to checking off the 'Smart Ship' box.
For those who did not join the 'VIP Membership Savings Club' we can move forward to the next step.
8. Checking off 'I agree to the Terms of Sale.' box and selecting the 'click here to place Secure Order' button.
9. Make sure to give the caller their order number after this process is complete. Just like in our Standard Order Procedure.

1. Select the URL, to open the product landing page.
The example below is for Krill Oil or Omega Icon.
2. On the product landing page, we will use 'CTRL + F' to search for keywords like 'shipping.' Be sure to use the up and down arrows to move throughout the website.
After we have answered all the caller's questions, we should offer to then place an order for them.
