Lion

Lions prowl the Earth Dimension in hunt of Direwolves. They attack fiercely with high speed, 6 Damage, 2 Armor, and 30 Health. Though not as powerful as other mobs here, killing them is not always your main objective. While they drop good meat, useful hide, and their resourceful teeth (which are necessary in crafting Dwarven Rods), they are better to be kept as livestock. They won't attack you unless you provoke them and will even follow you if you hold out Direwolf Pelt. This way, you can trap them and wait for them to shed Mane Hair. They shed it every 10-15 minutes. It is recommended to make a Hopper-Lion Farm by trapping them in a pit of hoppers. The most effective farms would have name-tagged lions because they despawn.
