Level 4 Rings are only obtainable from Red, Black and White Jade Ring Boxes.
Level 3 Rings from Green Jade Ring Boxes can be viable if no alternate rings are available.

The 'New Age' patch introduces a new item upgrade mechanism: the Grindstone of Life. This item can be used to upgrade one of the above Oz Rings to Lv.5 at a set chance depending on the number of grindstones used.
The first ring of choice for upgrading to Lv.5 on Evan are either Continuous, or Ring of Restraint.
Below is a list of other Oz Rings that have some minor practicality for use but are not really recommended for bossing purposes:
Critical Damage Lv.4: grants % Critical Damage for a short duration.
Totaling Lv.4: grants % INT based on the total % of all your basic stats (STR, DEX, INT, LUK).
Level Jump (INT) Lv.4: grants % INT based on your character's level.
Cleansing Lv.4: removes all Abnormal Status Effects at a % chance and gives 3 seconds of status immunity.
"Exodia Combo": a combination of Oz Rings most commonly used in Mu Lung Dojo.
Limit Ring Lv.1-4: grants % Boss Damage in exchange for setting the user's MaxMP to 500 .
Health Cut Lv1-4: grants % Boss Damage in exchange for 70% of the user's MaxHP.
Crisis HM Lv.4: (passive) grants % Magic ATT when the user's HP AND MP fall below 5%.
