Women deserve better work conditions and a fair deal

The world is not able to reach gender equality by 2030. We’re

currently very far from achievement. According to the United

Nations, it will take 140 years to achieve equal representation in

leadership in the workplace and 286 years to close wage gaps and

remove discriminatory laws. Famous textile brands currently employ

thousands of workers in Ethiopa, Africa. Many natives aren’t able to

support their families. A huge number of workers are women, they

are too often denied access to basic education and health care.

Women in all parts of the world suffer violence and discrimination.
