SDG textile industry: Problem
The textile industry has a significant ecological footprint, here are some key aspects:
The first problem is raw material extraction, since the amount of resources has been reduced
because of their overuse.
The second problem is chemical usage, because textile production involves the use of various
chemicals like dyes and bleaches which can be harmful to human health.
There are also other difficulties about the textile industry which are water consumption and pollution
and fast fashion.
The rise of the last one resulted in more significant environmental impacts because it has made
shopping easier and reachable.
