EPI < 1. ERI > 1 but decreasing and very close to 1.

EPI < 1. ERI is decreasing and approaching 1. The pandemic is shrinking.

Both epidemic parameters, EPI and ERI, > 1. Risk is very high. The pandemic is still spreading, unfortunately.

The pandemic in France is NOT under control. 2nd wave is ongoing.
