EPI < 1 and ERI <1. The pandemic is in a safe zone (low-risk zone) since both epidemic parameters are below 1.

EPI < 1. ERI is decreasing and approaching 1.

The pandemic in Belgium is NOT under control and, moreover, moving in a wrong direction. Both parameters, EPI and ERI, are still increasing.
