• Theft or Dishonesty

• Disrespect toward fellow employees, customers or other members of the public on or near work premises

• Failure to be at the workplace, ready to work, at the regular starting time

• Willfully damaging, destroying, or stealing property belonging to fellow employees or the Company

• Fighting or engaging in unsafe horseplay or disorderly conduct

• Being inebriated during shift hours

• Insubordination: refusing or failing to carry out the reasonable instructions of a Manager or Managing Member

• Insolence: insulting a Manager or Managing Member at the workplace

• Leaving your workstation (except for reasonable personal needs) without permission from your Manager.

• Ignoring work duties or loafing during working hours

• Unauthorized or illegal possession, use or sale of alcohol or controlled substances on work premises or during working hours, while engaged in company activities or in company vehicles

• Sexual Harassment

• Physical or Emotional Harassment, including but not limited to using threatening or abusive language or gestures toward an employee or customer

• Willfully or habitually violating safety or health regulations

• Public Nudity.

• Being tardy or taking unexcused absences from work

• Not taking proper care of, neglecting, or abusing company equipment and tools

• Using company equipment in an unauthorized manner

• Unauthorized possession, use or sale of weapons, firearms or explosives on work premises

• Performing outside work or use of company property, equipment or facilities in connection with outside work or personal use while on Envision time

• Poor attendance or poor performance

• Assisting in unauthorized entry into the festival through a security checkpoint or by other means
