Embracing the nomadic lifestyle, Brian has been traveling & living out of his van full-time for the past 8 years. Transformational festivals changed his life, and he’s dedicated to ensuring that as many humans as possible can experience the magic created by these events.
Starting as a volunteer just like you, he got his foot in the door and has been working & living the festival life ever since! Savvy when it comes to system development and a natural kitten-herder, you’ll see him shaking his tail both in & out of HQ.
He’s here for you ~ because these events truly could not happen without all of you amazing cats!

She'll proudly tell you she's a New Jerseyan residing in Colorado but lives on the road working all types of events.

Some of you might recognize Andres as the human FAQ in the WhatsApp chat. He is a DJ/producer from Costa Rica, and coming back for a second time to the Envision Work Exchange Program. Andres has shown that dedication pays off with Shift Happens. Andres helped last year by taking the reins of the WhatsApp Group Chat and supporting all the fellow volunteers who were first-timers to Costa Rica or the Festival. Embracing the "Pura Vida" lifestyle, he is all about making new connections and PLUR. He will be taking a bigger role this time with the team yet still being the go-to person to direct any of your questions in the chat and overall community.
Aly (pals call her Al), is your Work Exchange HR Coordinator. She will be supporting volunteers for Mid-Event with any HR or wellness-related needs. Aly's first Envision was in 2020 before the world drastically changed, and she was a member of the Work Exchange Program just like you. She will be flying in from the freezing cold northern hemisphere (Canada 🇨🇦) for her third Envision. Aly is looking forward to meeting you all. See you in the jungle!
