Vocabulary Lesson.docxStudent learning is pivotal on reading and writing skills. Students need to have understanding of all areas to ensure their ability to move forward in learning. Instilling organizational habits and creativity helps students to move forward and apply within other areas of learning.
Learning to spell and read words while finding similarities and differences helps guides students learning experience. Students will need to have a clear understanding of vowels and how to organize in an affective way. By creating a color code system of learning all learning students will be able to see and here sounds visually and orally.
It is understood that all students learn at a variety of paces. Some students may take longer to do a task then others, we need to show empathy and understanding and allow students to learn and make mistakes. Creating assignments that have duel purposes and goals helps meet all students interest in learning. Writing skills are to be nourished and one must understand that writing will help students share their thoughts an ideas.
Vocabulary and Reading lessons can go hand in hand to help students understand the main idea behind the story. Teaching students to have a well versed vocabulary contributes to writing skills, and an understanding of the setting, characters, and plot of a story.
