The 'Take Me Home' Registry is a novel program that exists in San Diego County, implemented by the San Diego Sherriff's Department. If a loved one gets lost and is unable to communicate by themselves, this registry is a great option to help law enforcement with reconnecting the individual with their family/guardian.
This is a free program, and only law enforcement is able to access the information.
If you think you or someone in your family could benefit from this registry, please click HERE for additional information and instructions for registration.
