This is a rough draft of a lesson plan that I sent to my cooperating teacher to receive feedback. Here are some of my lesson plans and my teacher's comments.
This connects to standard 8N because I was using my cooperating teacher to co-plan an effective lesson, as she has more background knowledge on what the students have learned before and their relationships with each other.
I learned more about my students' relationships and their needs through communicating with my cooperating teacher.
This is a screenshot of the documents my placement school, Christian Academy in Japan, uses to talk about students and their needs. I also created a version of this document without student names so you can see how the school talks about their students in the meeting.
These documents connect to standard 8F because through participating in these meetings, I learned the importance of collaborating with other teachers, the school counselors, and the student's case managers to help meet their needs effectively as a school.
I learned how important it is for all teachers to be on the same page and that helping students grow and improve requires multiple staff members' help.
