The dataset for the in-country voting at the second round of the Presidential elections of 2023 was obtained by Ivan Shuksin by 23:56 01.06.2023 UTC before the official publication by the Supreme Electoral Council. However, it is consistent with the protocol released by the Supreme Electoral Council on the same day.
The observed discrepancies were: 1 invalid ballot and some number of registered voters. As indicated earlier, the latter difference is typical of all the parsings received.
In this parsing, the sum in the field of registered voters is 60,823,248, whereas, in the protocol, it is 60,771,236. In other words, the data on the Supreme Electoral Council website has 52,012 more registered voters than the Supreme Electoral Council protocol. The difference in 1 invalid ballot may have arisen due to a correction after the protocol was signed.
No other differences are present. The dataset is full and reliable for digital observation purposes.
