The dataset for the in-country voting at the first round of the Presidential elections of 2023 was obtained by Ivan Shuksin by 01:43 28.05.2023 GMT before the official publication by the Supreme Electoral Council. However, it is fully consistent with the protocol previously released by the Supreme Electoral Council.
The only discrepancy is the traditional one: the number of registered voters. As indicated earlier, such differences are typical of all the parsings received.
In this parsing, the sum in the field of registered voters is 60,774,556, whereas, in the protocol, it is 60,721,745. In other words, the data on the Supreme Electoral Council website has 52,821 more registered voters than the Supreme Electoral Council protocol.
No other differences are present. The dataset is full and reliable for digital observation purposes.
